He speaks to thousands of people annually, with business leaders accounting for over 75% of his audience. Buddy is a returning instructor at the U.S. Army War College where he teaches an elective course on the evolution of leadership and is an executive in residence at the University of Pittsburgh where he leads their Professional Sales Academy.

JOLEEN LAUFFER – As existing Executive Vice President of Aires, Joleen joined the company in 1997 and prior to her current role, held various positions in business development and operations within the organization. Today she oversees all operations and technology services with a keen focus on the strategic direction of the Aires organization. Joleen holds degrees in Business and Spanish from Washington & Jefferson College, studied internationally in Bogotá, Colombia and also completed the CIO Certificate program at Carnegie Mellon University.

Rob has served in critical roles at the highest levels of government; serving as a Military Aide to Vice President Biden, the Director of the Commander’s Initiatives Group in the Army’s Forces Command, and as the City Manager of over 100,000 people at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Rob knows what it means to be a contributor on a team, lead from the middle, and serve from the top.

ANN MICHALSKI – With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Ann is extremely passionate when it comes to helping people learn, grow, and develop. In her current role as the Vice President of Development & Resources at Infrastructure & Industrial Constructors USA (i+icon) and throughout her career, she has designed and implemented leadership development programs, executive coaching initiatives, and robust performance management processes.

Tyler, a former division-one and NFL quarterback, and face of the organization’s Next Leader Now program, has successfully transferred his leadership background from the gridiron to the boardroom. Headquartered in the Solutions 21 Kansas City office, Tyler leads his team as the trailblazer of Millennial attraction, development, and retention.

ALBERT CIUKSZAWorking alongside the Solutions 21 team for nearly a decade, Albert joined the organization full-time in 2016 as a Director to shape leadership development efforts and assist clients with the creation and implementation of people-oriented solutions. Bringing with him an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and experience in entrepreneurship, economic development, and market research, Albert spearheads content creation and program delivery for Solutions 21’s Next Leader Now family of programs. He has also successfully co-founded two companies that raised more than a million dollars collectively, with both in continuous active operations.
